Kate McDonald Jumping Into A New Promotion As Vice President

Los Angeles, CA, February 4, 2025 – Caltius Structured Capital is pleased to announce Kate McDonald’s promotion to Vice President.

Since joining Caltius in October 2019, Kate has been a key contributor to the firm’s success, working on transactions throughout the investment life cycle and assisting with business development. Kate evaluates investment opportunities, conducts due diligence on new transactions, works closely with portfolio company management teams, and sources new opportunities. When she is not busy working on deals, you can find her in the saddle competing in the jumper ring or spending time in south Denver with her husband and two dogs.

Prior to joining Caltius, Kate was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers Deals Advisory group. Kate received her Master of Accounting (MAcc) and B.S. in International Relations Global Business, Business Finance minor from the University of Southern California.
