EXOS, a portfolio company of Polaris Partners and ABS Capital Partners, is a pioneer of human performance.  EXOS provides technology-enabled, integrated performance training, nutrition and physical therapy programs and services for elite athletes, the U.S. military, and corporate employees throughout the world.  Caltius Structured Capital provided debt and equity to support EXOS’ acquisition of MediFit Corporate Services, Inc., a company that designs and manages corporate, community and residential fitness centers throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
