Paige Russell joins Caltius Structured Capital

Los Angeles, CA (June 11, 2024) – Caltius Structured Capital is pleased to announce that Paige Russell has joined its team as a Senior Associate of Business Development.

Paige joined Caltius Structured Capital in May 2024. Paige is responsible for executing the firm’s strategic business development and deal-sourcing efforts, particularly in the Western United States. She will focus on engaging intermediaries, lenders, investors, and other deal community participants to source and evaluate new structured capital investment opportunities for the firm.

Paige has over five years of private capital investing experience at Arrowroot Capital, a software-focused growth equity firm. She was responsible for originating new investment opportunities, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management. Paige received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University, where she was a captain for the women’s basketball team. She can be reached at prussell@caltius.com.
