Kids Care Dental is a dental service organization with 17 pediatric dental, orthodontic and oral surgery practices located in Sacramento and California’s San Joaquin Valley.  Kids Care, a portfolio company of Chicago-based private equity firm Sterling Partners,  has over 225 employees serving children of all ages.  Kids Care has made meaningful investments to scale and expand its geographic footprint through the opening of new locations.  Caltius Structured Capital provided mezzanine financing to refinance existing debt and fund Kids Care’s future growth.
