Caltius Mezzanine had previously invested in UHY through an earlier fund.  In December 2006, Caltius provided subordinated debt and preferred stock financing in conjunction with a new senior credit facility which was used to refinance existing debt, redeem preferred stock and warrants, and provide growth capital.
